Use of Native Plants: The hotel's gardens and green spaces will be composed of plants native to Madeira Island, promoting local biodiversity and reducing the need for excessive irrigation.
Use of Natural Fertilizers: Organic and natural fertilizers will be used to maintain plant health whenever possible, avoiding the use of chemicals harmful to the soil and local fauna.
Biological Pest Control: Natural pest control strategies will be adopted to avoid the use of pesticides, protecting both the gardens and the surrounding ecosystems.

Renewable Energy Sources: Investment in renewable energy sources, such as solar panels, to reduce gas consumption, and their use for electricity production is under study.
Efficient Lighting: Replacement of all lamps with LEDs and intelligent lighting systems, reducing electricity consumption.
Temperature Control: Implementation of efficient air conditioning systems, in addition to promoting natural ventilation and the use of alternative energies, minimizing the need for heating and air conditioning.
